National Prematurity Day 2025. World prematurity day is observed on 17 november each year to raise awareness of preterm birth and the concerns of preterm babies and their families worldwide. You may be aware that november is world prematurity awareness day (& month) which shines a spotlight on the special issues facing babies that are born prematurely, whilst celebrating the increasing number of babies who survive.
